Melanie Schouw joins as Business Director

Mel joins Cravens direct from London agency, TMW to head up some of the agency’s accounts including Virgin Money, Grand Central and Northumbria University.

Mel brings 20 years of experience on high profile client accounts across multiple sectors, most recently running Sainsbury’s loyalty and CRM, the digital, direct and social work for Virgin Trains including their new Arrive Awesome campaign and the digital work for McCain Foods.

She also led a team responsible for the O2 telecoms account, and was Head of Customer Communications at O2 during a stint client-side.
