Once a month the Cravens creatives gather for the “Creative Club” to catch up and share what is inspiring us at the moment.

In November, our theme for the month was to find something that inspires us that isn’t obviously creative.

You might be thinking “What’s the point of that?”, but it surprisingly turned out to be one of our most creative sessions yet.

After grabbing a cake or three, we dived deep into the minds of our creatives.

Whether it was incorporating science into set design, detailing the regimented routine of getting in “the zone”, dream journaling or unexceptional car roadshows, the session was brilliantly chaotic.

A stand out of the session was hearing about Adam’s father-in-law, Tom, who carves remarkable art pieces out of Black wood and stones he finds on the beach.

And there’s nothing quite like Anthony’s extraordinary steam-punk machines he builds from trash, even taking epic sci-fi-esque photos of his creations.

The session was without a doubt inspiring for us all. Creativity was found everywhere, which led us to question whether anything is really ‘uncreative’.
