The QHotels Collection is a unique collection of four star hotels and resorts spread all over the UK. Some are quintessentially British, including gorgeous old Manor Houses and grandiose Halls, others are more modern with great golf courses and fabulous spas.
So how could we unify this disparate bunch of beauties?
By creating meaningful connections.
Finding the heart
Because The QHotels Collection is many things to many different people, they wanted to unite staff, customers, and local communities. To make them proud, passionate and loyal to the brand.
We realised that whatever type or location of the hotel, and whatever the guests were there for – weddings, corporate events, holidays, spa days, etc. – it was their experience that mattered. And that experience was created by fabulously friendly staff along with the variety and versatility of the venues.
Bringing the life
One of the most important things to get right for The QHotels Collection was their new brand identity. We designed a simple, elegant solution that could work on its own and be rolled out across the collection, unifying and connecting each individual hotel. This contemporary look and feel, combined with a warm and accessible tone of voice gave the brand a coherent and consistent personality that we could build multiple campaigns on.
Feeling part of a community is very motivating. The new brand identity also gave employees something to be proud of and made it easier for them to roll out individual hotel information with templates we provided.
Making it thrive
Once everyone had fallen in love with the new brand identity we learnt we could adapt it for multiple different campaigns and messaging platforms. From Sales promotions to Wedding brochures, Meetings and Events collateral to the Employer brand, Christmas promotions to the Breakaway Club and even in-hotel signage, door hangers and menus.
For each campaign we used very targeted messaging that highlighted the various different benefits of the collection. We created beautiful films, stunning social posts and brilliant content.
